Kate Whitman Arsenault
![]() "The Magic of Flowers" Watercolor ![]() "The Knob" Watercolor Kate Whitman Arsenault formerly a resident of Cataumet, she now resides in Hingham, Mass., and has been a prolific New England watercolorist for over 25 years. She studied at Wellesley College and with a number of nationally recognized artists. Her paintings have been shown at The Silvermine Guild of Artists in Connecticut, The National Arts Club of New York and The Salamagundi Club. This award winning watercolorist had been featured in galleries in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts and Vermont. Her representational work is inspired by the fishing towns of coastal New England and the small mountain villages of Vermont and New Hampshire. Whitman-Arsenault is a member of Who’s Who in American Art and a member of The British Royal Academy, appointed by Queen Elizabeth. “My paintings express patterns of the past- areas in our lives that are disappearing. They are an emotional response to nature and to light.”
